Aaron was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and he grew up in the southwestern Alabama town of Atmore. For more than 20 years, Aaron has had the privilege of practicing law in Alabama, starting with a federal clerkship in Mobile, as a partner of a major southeastern law firm, as a solo practitioner, and now as a member of Fortif Law Partners.
Over the years, Aaron has handled a wide array of complex litigation. Aaron has developed special expertise in labor and employment law, state and local government law, ethics, contract negotiation and disputes, constitutional law, and many other areas. As a seasoned litigator, Aaron excels at helping clients plan and execute innovative strategies to avoid—but, if necessary, win—legal disputes. Aaron is registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster, and serves various governmental bodies as an administrative law judge.
Aaron and his large family live in the Ross Bridge neighborhood and are members of Faith Presbyterian Church on Valleydale Road.
